Repair an Existing Installation or Start Fresh on a New Computer

Easily reinstall your software and data with our streamlined online setup process.

If you currently have an active download for Market Master, Market Explorer, MetaStock, or Omega/SuperCharts, you can reinstall your software and data on an existing or new computer by following these steps.

The process is performed via an online installation and takes approximately 10 to 20 minutes, depending on your internet speed.

Note: A small refresh/setup fee will be charged, and an invoice will be automatically sent after your credit card is debited.

Installation Steps:

  1. Step 1: Visit PrimeCharts Online (or navigate to the Links menu and select "User Online Area").
    If you have not logged in before, register by clicking "Set Up a New Account" on the right.
  2. Step 2: On the Home screen, select "Order Program Re-Install" from the list of Quick Links.
  3. Step 3: Your credit card will be debited the nominal re-installation fee, and a Re-Install will be set up. Full details will be emailed to you.

    Important: If the email does not appear in your inbox within 5 minutes, check your Spam/Junk folder.
