Upgrade the trial software you downloaded to a fully functioning system
(this assumes you previous download and installed a trial of one of our Products or Services) 
If you requested a trial of our Market Master charting software and now wish to continue using it, you will need to purchase the software and set up a download account. Please navigate to the Contact Us tab and Submit a Query and we will assist.

If you requested a trial of one of our Market Explorer charting programs and now wish to continue using it, you just need to set up a download account. You may have already set up a download when you ordered the trial and if not cancelled during the trial period, will automatically start running.

If you have tried our MetaStock or Omega/SuperCharts/TradeStation Data Feed to maintain a database for use with non-PrimeCharts charting software, and now wish to continue using it, you just need to set up a download account. You may have already set up a download when you ordered the trial and if not cancelled during the trial period, will automatically start running.
