Start Using Your Old Software Again

If you previously used PrimeCharts charting programs (Market Master or Market Explorer) or maintained a MetaStock/Omega format database, you can easily re-activate your download service and refresh or reinstall the software using the steps below.

The process is fully online and takes approximately 10 to 20 minutes, depending on your internet speed.

Note: A small refresh/installation fee will be charged, and an invoice will be automatically sent after your credit card is debited.

Re-Activation Steps:

1. Step 1: Visit PrimeCharts Online (or navigate to the Links menu and select "User Online Area").
   If you haven't logged in before, register by clicking "Set Up a New Account" on the right.
2. Step 2: Once logged in, avoid ordering a program refresh—your software re-installation is included when re-activating your download.
3. Step 3: Ensure your credit card details are up-to-date for immediate re-activation. To update, click "Manage Credit Card" on the Home screen.
4. Step 4: Click on the "Subs." tab to view your registered program downloads.
5. Step 5: If you have multiple downloads (for different exchanges or computers), select the download account you wish to re-activate and click "Renew." Confirm the transaction.
6. Step 6: Your credit card will be charged for the first month's subscription and the nominal refresh fee. An invoice and setup instructions will be emailed to you.
   
   Important: If the email does not appear in your inbox within 5 minutes, check your Spam/Junk folder.
   
   
7. Step 7: If you haven't registered a credit card yet, you'll be prompted to do so during this process.
8. Step 8: If your credit card details are invalid and the transaction isn't authorized, repeat step 3 to update your card details.
